For the UK, we offer: 

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on all UK orders, no matter what the value or size of the order.

A NEXT DAY DELIVERY OPTION for a flat rate of £4.50 (Mon-Fri delivery only) - please see below

Our website will accept orders from the UK only, however we ship to Europe on request and will charge shipping at cost. Please contact us and request a postage quote for the item/s you would like to order.

Free standard delivery

We usually dispatch within 1-3 days of order, and our free standard delivery will usually be by Royal Mail Second Class or occasionally by courier (depending on the size/weight of the parcel) so you should receive your parcel within 2-3 days of dispatch. We may split your order into several smaller parcels depending on the size and weight of individual items. Your order will probably not be tracked and therefore we cannot trace parcels which are delayed (please also see "if your delivery doesn't arrive" below).

Next day delivery (Mon-Fri only)

For our Next Day Delivery option (charged at a flat rate of £4.50), we endeavour to dispatch the same day, or the working day after receipt of the order by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce Express 24 or via courier, on a tracked service which will require a signature on delivery.

These services guarantee delivery for the next working day (Mon-Fri) after dispatch. (So, for example, orders placed on a Thursday afternoon would not normally be dispatched until Friday and, although they might arrive Saturday, the guarantee would be for Monday).  Dispatch for Next Day Delivery orders will also be subject to any known dispatch delays notified on this page or the homepage. 

A small number of our products are dispatched directly from the designers or makers and on these we may therefore be unable to arrange a next day service. Relevant product listings usually note this. We will contact you if we are not able to honour a next day delivery option for any reason.

 

Dispatch time

We normally dispatch within 1-3 days of receiving an order. Any anticipated delays in dispatch will be notified by a pop-up display on our home-page (for example, when we are closed for a holiday).

 

If you're not in to receive delivery

In most cases a card will be left to notify you that delivery was attempted and to let you know what action has been taken, for example whether the parcel has been left for you (e.g. in a safe place or with a neighbour), returned to depot, or is to be re-delivered the following day. During the checkout process you will have an option to leave comments regarding your order and so could give instructions as to where the parcel might safely be left should you not be in. Please note that if a signature is required for a tracked service, the delivery is unlikely to be left if you are not in. 
 

If your delivery doesn't arrive

If your delivery doesn't arrive we will either resend the item/s, subject to availability, or refund you, but we do have to ask you to wait at least 13 working days from the date of dispatch if your parcel was a normal dispatch by Royal Mail as this is when it will be deemed "lost".
